Styrax Pharma, has a manufacturing capacity of approximately 330KL (Reactors size varying from 2KL to 12KL) including Stainless Steel Reactor (SSR) and Glass lined Reactor (GLR).

Styrax Pharma also has several tray dryers, Vacuum tray dryers; ANFD’s and well-maintained safety systems for all their needs. The facility is equipped with sufficient number of boilers, chilling plants, CRAO reaction (upto -65° C), continuous and batch distillation columns, scrubbers and other utilities to cater the existing needs.

Styrax Pharma API Block includes four pharma rooms which consists of one 6.3KL GLR, two 5KL SSR and one 3KL Hastelloy reactor (the reactor has ability to withstand very aggressive fluids).The clean room block also consists of FBD, VTD’s, RCVD, Blender, Micronizer, Dedicated purified water system for the API block. Styrax Pharma Pilot Plant (Kilo Lab) with capacity ranging from 63 L to 3 KLand also consists of Hydrogenator, High Vacuum Distillation, Hot Oil System.

Styrax Life Sciences - New facilities is coming up at APSEZ, Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam, in 10 Acre of land as per CGMP requirements with multi product production facility of 160 Kl capacity. The facility will start commercial production from October 2018.
