Mr. Rao began his professional career with Vani Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., gaining valuable exposure to the pharmaceutical industry at an early stage. He subsequently joined Matrix Laboratories Ltd., where he spent several years building extensive expertise in the bulk drug and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors. During this period, he worked across diverse functions and progressively expanded his knowledge and experience in manufacturing, business operations, product development, quality systems, and pharmaceutical industry management.

In 2004, Mr. Rao founded Auctus Pharma, successfully establishing and developing the organization into a profitable pharmaceutical enterprise. Under his strategic leadership, the company achieved recognition and approvals from several prestigious regulatory authorities, including the US FDA, Korea FDA, EU GMP, and WHO, reflecting his strong commitment to global quality standards and regulatory excellence.

Drawing upon his vast industry experience, Mr. Rao continues to provide strategic direction, strong leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement at Styrax Pharma. Mr. M. Venkata Reddy, is a distinguished pharmaceutical professional and a seasoned production leader with over 30 years of extensive hands-on experience in the API manufacturing industry. He began his career with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in 1994, where he gained comprehensive expertise in new product development, process scale-up, technology transfer, and commercial manufacturing across diverse production capacities.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Venkata Reddy has developed strong capabilities in production management, process optimization, operational excellence, and execution of complex manufacturing operations, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the organizations he has been associated with.

His professional experience includes working with manufacturing operations and quality systems aligned with the expectations of leading international regulatory authorities and health agencies, including the US FDA, WHO Geneva, ANVISA (Brazil), PMDA (Japan), KFDA (Korea), EDQM (European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare), and TGA (Australia). His exposure to diverse regulatory environments has contributed significantly to strengthening manufacturing practices, quality systems, and operational compliance.

Since July 2019, he has been serving as Vice President at Styrax Pharma, where he provides strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing activities. His extensive industry knowledge, practical experience, and commitment to quality and operational excellence have played a key role in strengthening Styrax Pharma’s manufacturing capabilities and supporting its continued growth.
